Unboxing The Stoke Pizza Oven

Step-by-Step Assembly (Wood/Hybrid)

  1. Place oven on a flat surface.
  2. Using a box cutter, unwrap each component.
  3. For the 16” oven:
  4. Turn oven on its side and remove the internal flame shield by unscrewing the 2 screws at the bottom.
  5. Remove the wood basket and reattach the shield.
  6. Attach the three wooden handles: door, hopper, and basket.
  7. Unfold the oven's legs and set it upright.

Gas Burner Installation

  1. Turn oven on its side and replace the internal flame shield with the one from the gas burner kit.
  2. Attach the frame to the gas burner, securing with 3 screws.
  3. Slide the gas burner into the oven's back bottom rectangle and fasten.
  4. Insert 1 AAA+ battery by unscrewing the battery knob.
  5. Ignite by turning the battery knob counterclockwise and gas control clockwise.

 Lighting the Oven

  1. Press and hold the knob (3-5 seconds).
  2. Turn the knob to the high setting.

Dust your pizza peel with one of the following:

  • Semolina Flour (recommended)
  • Flour
  • Cornmeal
  • Alternative flours: rye, rice, corn, or whole wheat.
