Loved it!
I got to bust out my Stoke pizza oven for the first time over Memorial Day Weekend for a backyard cookout and it was everything I had hoped it would be. Right out of the box it was almost completely assembled, and after attaching my propane tank and firing it up, the oven reached an internal temperature of 1000 degrees within minutes. We had pre-made our own pizza dough and prepared our pizzas inside on our kitchen table. I have the 16” Stoke and the pizzas we made were about 10” in diameter. Using some semolina flour on the countertop and on the pizza peel, I was easily able to transfer the pizzas into the Stoke and let it cook for about 1 minute between quarter-turns to make sure the crust and pizza was evenly cooked throughout. I cranked out about 10 pizzas in an hour and they were all cooked to perfection. Cooking pizzas with the Stoke was a fun and engaging way to entertain our guests and I look forward to using it for years to come
